After working in the Lloyd's insurance market as a Members' Agent at Hiscox, Adrian became the Chief Executive Officer of Lloyd’s Members’ Agency Kiln Cotesworth Stewart before founding d3 Group in the year 2000.

Hugh has ten years’ experience of giving Human Resources advice in the Lloyd’s underwriting and broking sectors, with particular focus not only on professional and leadership development, but also on compensation and benefits benchmarking. He has specialist experience in both UK and global operations in the food manufacturing, insurance and telecommunications sectors.

Steve worked for ten years with IBM Corporation as Cost and Financial Planning Manager. He was also a co-founder and Director of Rethink Consulting, a company specializing in process analysis and activity-based management; and in this role he conducted numerous benchmarking exercises within the General Insurance sector.

Rob delivers learning and development solutions based on personal and business needs. He does this by sourcing appropriate, cost-effective suppliers. He also coaches on an individual and a team basis. His specialist area is management of the training function in the financial and professional service sectors.
